The Tools and Apps I use to Save my Business

Whew - lemme tell you. When I launched my business a little less than a year ago, I was overwhelmed by how many tools and systems are out there to make running a business less daunting.

With time, I began to slowly parse out which tools I needed and how much to invest in each. Typically, I started with trial versions or basic levels of support and then leveled up as I needed it.

Here are a few tools I can't live without. (None of these are affiliate links by the way — I'm just sharing them in case they might be helpful to you as well!)

Calendly for scheduling without all the annoying email back-and-forth.

Otter.Ai for note-taking and creating transcripts of meetings.

Later.com for social media scheduling.

Zapier, which helps me form connections between all these different tools and platforms. For example, when anyone joins the waitlist for MandiMoney Makers, which I host on Google Sheets, Zapier automatically adds them to a mailing list on my email marketing platform.

Squarespace for website, e-commerce and community membership management.

FloDesk for email marketing. I can use Squarespace's email tool, which I am currently learning more about, but FloDesk is just so simple and straightforward.
