Meet Your Coach
Hi, I'm Mandi Woodruff-Santos aka MandiMoney, cohost of the award-winning podcast Brown Ambition and a career and negotiation expert committed to helping women of color unlock their greatest earning potential.
So many of us want more than one-on-one coaching. We want a community around us that we can connect with and feel supported by. I want the MandiMoney Makers Community to become that place where no financial or career topic is taboo. Where you can feel as comfortable practicing your next salary negotiation speech as you are swapping notes about the latest Beyoncé record.
Since 2021, I‘ve coached hundreds of professionals from all over the world as they navigated career crossroads. And I kept hearing the same thing over and over again from my clients — I wish I had conversations like this more often!
The reality is that so many of us are feeling isolated in our careers, not sure who to go to for advice and with no real network to rely on for guidance.
That’s why I decided to create a unique space where ambitious, badass professionals can get together and work to achieve our wildest caterer and financial dreams.

the Coaching
Career Coaching 2x per month
Every other week, Mandi hosts two back-to-back virtual group coaching sessions on Zoom. One block is reserved for business coaching while the second block is reserved for career coaching. All calls are recorded and replays will be made available on-demand.
Structure so no one gets left out
To keep things fair, we ask for all questions to be submitted prior to the coaching call in a dedicated Slack channel. Mandi will answer questions from Slack first and if there is time left get to questions live on the call.

The ability to book a Career Crisis Hotline call is included with both an annual and month-to-month membership, but there are differences. Annual members receive one FREE career crisis hotline call per year, and any additional calls are an additional fee. Month-to-month members can access the hotline but all calls are an additional fee.
Why? If you blow out a tire on the highway or you fall and break your leg, you wouldn’t expect a mechanic or a surgeon to provide emergency services for free. I’m here for you as much as I can be, but my time and expertise carry value. Career crisis calls are $150 per 30 minutes.

Some examples include: You’ve lost your job unexpectedly and need help strategizing; you need help reviewing a time sensitive contract or compensation offer; You’ve been put on a performance improvement plan and need help figuring out how to save your job or find a new one; you just found out your company's downsizing; etc. Not sure? Of course! You’ll be able to cancel your monthly membership anytime you wish through your account on MandiMoney.com or you can email us at info[at]mandimoney.com. For annual memberships, you are able to cancel your membership within 30 days of joining. After 30 days, we do not allow refunds/cancellations of annual membershps.

Existing Makers will continue to have free access to the Makers Community through August 30. If you do not choose to enroll in a membership plan by August 30, you will still have full access to the MandiMoney Makers course materials but you will lose access to Slack, the Career Crisis Hotline, and group coaching calls. Mandi’s career crisis coaching call was PIVOTAL to my negotiation process after betting let go from my former place of employment.
Because of this call, and the guidance Mandi gave me, I got an accepted offer that would pay me more part time, than I was at my former place of employment. An option that I never would’ve thought to be possible until Mandi suggested I ask for it.
